Information on credit-reporting complaints
If your issue relates to a proposed default listing, an existing default on your credit file or a hardship request, you must submit it through the form above.

Doing so:
– captures the details we need in one go, and
– triggers an automatic acknowledgement email with your reference number and the 30-day response timeline required under the Privacy Act.

Please include:
– vehicle registration (rego)
– booking dates and/or the Stripe receipt number
– what happened and what outcome you’re seeking
