Included with every RIIDE booking:
- Fuel: use the fuel card in the vehicle.
- Standard damage cover: included with hires (a capped liability applies)*.
- Vehicle maintenance and upkeep: servicing, tyres, registration, and routine cleaning/maintenance handled by RIIDE.
- Parking where RIIDE permits it: you can finish a booking only inside RIIDE zones shown in the app, and some special carparks are covered (see the parking guide).
You may be charged for:
- Infringement processing, toll admin fees, unauthorised drop-off/relocation, cleaning, smoking, and other listed fees. See Fees and charges for the full schedule.
