When booking a vehicle you have 15 minutes reserved to get to it and start your trip.
After the 15-minute timer has passed, your reservation will be cancelled and the vehicle will be available for others to hire.
To prevent misuse, there is a 15-minute wait period after you reserve a vehicle but don’t end up using it.
