If you can’t finish your booking, it’s usually due to connectivity or the app getting stuck (especially if you’re in a low-signal area, using a VPN, or the app hasn’t refreshed correctly).
Try these steps in order
- Check your connection
- Make sure mobile data is on (or stable Wi-Fi)
- Turn off airplane mode
- If you’re underground or in a basement carpark, move to an open area with better reception and try again
- Turn off VPN / Private DNS
- Some VPNs may stop the app connecting properly. Turn them off, then try again.
- Force close the RIIDE app
- Close the app completely from multitasking (swipe it away), reopen it, then try Finish Booking again.
- Restart your phone
- A full restart often fixes “stuck” sessions and connection issues.
- Update the app.
