Why can’t I finish my trip?

Make sure you have parked the vehicle in the parking zone showed in the RIIDE Cars app and the ignition is turned off. (If you see “READY” on the dashboard, it means the vehicle is still turned on.) You have to exit the vehicle and make sure it is locked.

There could also be a technical issue present, such as a poor network connection or server issues, you can check our server status here: status.riide.com.au.
