Is anyone else allowed to drive the vehicle besides me?

No. Only the approved RIIDE account holder who started the booking is allowed to drive the vehicle.

Why this matters

Your booking and damage cover are linked to your RIIDE account. If the vehicle is driven or used by any other driver, damage cover may not apply and you may be liable for damage or third-party loss.  

Account access

For security, you must keep your RIIDE login and access details confidential and not share them with anyone.  

What to do instead

If someone else needs to drive, they must have their own RIIDE account and be approved before using a vehicle. They must start their own booking.

If you’re unwell or it’s an emergency

If it’s a medical emergency, call Triple Zero (000). Otherwise, contact RIIDE support for help with next steps.
