If your phone runs out of battery, the RIIDE app may not be able to lock/unlock the vehicle or finish your booking. Call RIIDE support as soon as possible on 1300 580 175.
If you’re in the vehicle
- Charge your phone immediately (USB/12V).
- Once your phone turns back on, open the RIIDE app and continue as normal.
- If you can’t finish your booking or lock/unlock the vehicle, call support.
If you’re outside the vehicle
- Call RIIDE support straight away on 1300 580 175.
- If needed, use a Telstra Payphone to make the call.
