If you’ve left an item in a RIIDE vehicle, contact RIIDE support as soon as possible on 1300 580 175 or via the chatbox.
To help us locate the vehicle and assist faster, please include:
- Your name and the phone number on your RIIDE account
- The vehicle registration (if you know it)
- The time you finished (or last used) the booking
- A description of the item (and where it may be in the car)
If you’ve only just finished your booking
- Contact support immediately. If the vehicle is still nearby and available, we’ll guide you on the quickest way to retrieve the item.
If the vehicle is already in-use or has moved
- We’ll do our best to assist, but retrieval depends on where the vehicle is and whether it’s currently booked.
- For privacy reasons, we can’t share another customer’s details. (We can contact them on your behalf if needed.)
