What should I do if I have left my belongings in the vehicle?

If you’ve left an item in a RIIDE vehicle, contact RIIDE support as soon as possible on 1300 580 175 or via the chatbox

To help us locate the vehicle and assist faster, please include:

  • Your name and the phone number on your RIIDE account
  • The vehicle registration (if you know it)
  • The time you finished (or last used) the booking
  • A description of the item (and where it may be in the car)

If you’ve only just finished your booking

  • Contact support immediately. If the vehicle is still nearby and available, we’ll guide you on the quickest way to retrieve the item.

If the vehicle is already in-use or has moved

  • We’ll do our best to assist, but retrieval depends on where the vehicle is and whether it’s currently booked.
  • For privacy reasons, we can’t share another customer’s details. (We can contact them on your behalf if needed.)

Important
If the item is urgent (e.g. medication, passport), tell support when you call so we can prioritise where possible.

Do not attempt to access the vehicle without an active booking.
