You must also take reasonable steps to prevent passengers from smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
Why we’re strict on this
Smoke and vapour odours linger and can make the vehicle unpleasant for the next customer. Additional cleaning and deodorising charges may apply if a vehicle smells of smoke/vape.
If you’ve accidentally smoked/vaped in the vehicle
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange cleaning before the next booking.
